Penang First "Mega Food Carnival"

LOOKING for a weekend event that suits the whole family?
Head to Penang Inter-national Sports Arena (PISA) then on Aug 29 for a food carnival.
The event, Mega Food Carnival, organised by Penang First Assembly of God (English section) boasts more than 50 stalls selling hawker food, Japanese and Thai fare, as well as cakes, pastries and international dishes.
Church administrator Molly Yeap said there is also the famous salted chicken brought in specially from Ipoh. “Other than that, we will also have jumble sales with all sorts of merchandise from household appliances to toys. And there will be stage performances as well during the day,” she said.
