It was announced and implemented that Queensbay Mall's new Basement Car Parking System is up!
Instead of the previous paper ticket, you will receive a card-type ticket, which functions the same:
1. At entry, the card-type parking ticket will be given when you press for ticket
2. Before heading to your car, make payment at the New Auto Pay Machine by inserting the card-type parking ticket.
3. At exit, insert the card-type parking ticket into the machine.
It was said that they are still in the midst of testing the system for our Multi-level Car Park until further notice. So far my colleague tried using it, so far so good! I'm still finding out the logic behind changing this new system ...hmm...
