Finally I have completed my last training run before this Sunday's Kwong Wah Yit Poh City Run 2008. Well, I'm not really that confident that I can run well in this 10km run coming Sunday, but nevertheless, I cannot complain much given that I do not have good stamina and the nature of my excessive sweating. Not the runner type anyway. My legs are tired now, so I considered myself finished my preparation for this Sunday. Of course I will rest tomorrow and then Saturday morning will go for my usual hiking and then ready for Sunday's 730am run....finger crossed that I will be OK for the run....hehe.
