This run is on exactly 1 week before Penang Bridge Run which provides a very good training. I registered for this event after the City Run 2008 just to push myself and see how I do before the Penang Bridge run. When I looked at the route map...I was grumbling.."Man, this looks very far !!!" Imagine the complains I'm making when I knew 1 week after this run will be 25km half marathon on the Penang Bridge....sigh...pray hard I'll be okay...for both of the run !
